APARTMENT SITUATION

The self catering Sidmouth Apartment at Anstis Court is situated in the  residential district of Woolbrook, Sidmouth, and is located away from the main road in a quiet area. The sea front and town centre are within 15 minutes level walk from the apartment, alternatively there is a local bus stop just outside of Anstis Court.

APARTMENT FACILITIES

The apartment is stylish and contemporary and is furnished to a very high standard for your comfort and satisfaction, it is light, bright and airy with french doors opening on to a patio area with seating outside.

Adjacent to the seating area are mature trees with birds, squirrels and the babbling "Woolbrook" from where the area takes its name.

The open plan kitchen has modern beech effect wall and base units with integrated fridge freezer, oven and hob unit. There is a built in dishwasher and washing/drying machine. Also provided are a microwave, toaster, iron and ironing board etc. All the utensils you need are included and there is a modern breakfast bar with comfortable stools for your convenience, tea towels and towels are also provided.

The lounge/sitting room has seating for guests comfort and includes a widescreen TV, DVD,  radio and a CD player, together with a freeview box and a selection of  DVD's  for your entertainment,  As already mentioned there are french doors which when open, serve to extend your living area to the patio beyond , it is equiped with table and chairs, ideal for breakfast in the sun or your evening drink.

For your added comfort the apartment has gas fired central heating which also provides continuous hot water for the showers and bathroom . All rooms are double glazed and the floors are wood laminate except the bedrooms where there are fitted carpets.

The master double bedroom  enjoys an en-suite shower room with wash basin, wc and shaver point etc. All bed linnen and towels are provided.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

In order that the apartment can be cleaned to the high standards required we ask that guests do not arrive before 3.00pm,  and on the day of departure leave by 10.00am. The apartment is let from Saturday to Saturday.
