Fantastic holiday appartment in  SIDMOUTH DEVON. This is the actual apartment as seen on the TV programme "A Place In The Sun- Home or Away" with  presenters Jonnie Irwin and Jasmine Harman, in which your hosts Jo and John Coates featured.

Jo and John were so impressed they bought the SIDMOUTH APARTMENT . 

  Anstis Court, Woolbrook Road, Sidmouth, Devon

This stylish contemporary apartment is located on the ground floor and situated in a superior residential area of Sidmouth not far from the seafront and Town Centre Shops. The Apartment has its own private parking and is situated in a very quiet location. There is a parade of very good local shops outside of Anstis Court. which  include a Newsagents, Local Butchers Shop, a Pub, Lidl Supermarket, Petrol Station ( the only one in Sidmouth ) Bakery, Post Office with convenience store, Pharmacy, Launderete and Hairdressers.

The Apartment is situated in a very quiet neighbourhood, yet only a few minutes drive to the  sea front and  the town centre, or  maybe take a leisurely stroll along the picturesque "Byes" riverside walk following the River Sid untill it reaches the sea at the Esplanade less than a mile and a half away, about 15 to 20 minutes level walk

Leaving the apartment in the opposite direction you are a few minutes drive from open countyside and the coast road, where  the rest of the Jurassic Coast can be explored including the lovely towns and villages of  Branscombe, Beer, Seaton, Axmouth, Lyme regis and Charmouth etc

The Apartment  sleeps 2, 3 or 4 persons in two bedrooms, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. It is newly furnished and is equipped to a very high standard for your total convenience and comfort.  The two bedrooms are the same size and the double has an en- suite shower room with wash basin and wc. 

In the main bathroom there is a bath with  shower, a wash basin and wc. The modern fitted kitchen is open plan and the living room has french doors leading to a quiet sitting out area, thus extending your living space. 

The Apartment is available all year round at a tariff of £275 per week  to £610 per week and will sleep up to 4 people. 

3 or 4 night short breaks are also available from November to April from £155 

Our prices include all the electricity and gas for heating, lighting and hot water plus all bed linen and towels. We regret no pets and the Apartment is not suitable for children under 12 years old. The Apartment is also a non smoking establishment.
